Research Spotlight

ISB's research focus hailed, among the best in Asia and Australasia

Professor Sridhar Seshadri is the 9th most prolific among all researchers in Asia and Australia publishing in Operations Management journals (namely, Production and Operations Management (POM), Journal of Operations Management (JOM), and International Journal of Operations and Production Management (IJOPM)) during the 2001-2015 period.

Also, ISB is the 10th most prolific institution in Asia and Australia by the same criterion (Sridhar's papers published before joining ISB in 2013 are not counted in the ISB measure, so credit goes equally to the other ISB OM faculty). Also Sridhar and ISB rank 6th and 10th by centrality, i.e., the number of different individuals and institutions respectively that they co-author with. Professor Sridhar is the only researcher from India, and ISB the only institution, appearing on the list. Please join us in congratulating Sridhar and the OM faculty.
