“Professor Sankar De, Executive Director of CAF has been invited to join the Reserve Bank of India’s Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on Money, Foreign Exchange and Government Securities Markets. The committee’s purview also includes the capital markets. It is chaired by Dr. Subir Gokarn, Deputy Governor in charge of capital markets policy. Other members of the high-powered committee include Chanda Kochhar (ICICI Bank), Roopa Kudva (CRISIL), Ravi Narain (NSE) and Dr. R.H. Patil.”
