PGPMAX Alumnus DilipKumar Khandelwal makes it to the ‘40 UNDER FORTY’ list of ET & Spencer Stuart
The young, the dynamic and the very humble Dilipkumar Khandelwal, MD SAP Labs India, makes it to the prestigious ‘40 UNDER FORTY’ list of Economic Times & Spencer Stuart. A PGPMAX alumnus and very closely associated with the school, Dilip recently came as a guest speaker for the ISB Alumni dialogue series at our Mohali campus.
The 40 professionals, culled from a superlative list of 1,000 business leaders from corporate India, represent diverse industries and leadership roles - from entrepreneurs to general managers and functional leaders of large companies. They have consistently demonstrated high calibre in their disciplines and their achievements have had monumental impact on their business performance.
Dilip is currently Managing Director, SAP Labs India, and Executive VP and Global Head of suite engineering. He has been associated with SAP India for more than a decade, and has contributed in making SAP Labs one of the ten best places to work for in India. He wants to leverage technology in the long term, and by supporting and enabling the young entrepreneurs make a difference to the people around.
His positive approach is a distinctive part of his success mantra and reflects in his work. In his words - “I believe success is in creating a positive difference to the people around me. When I see them accomplished and happy I can probably call myself successful”. It is because of his desire to do something good for the society that SAP Labs India collaborated with ISB (ISB-SAP Social Enterprise Jumpstart) to nurture start-ups, in social enterprise space, relevant to national priorities.
A firm believer in taking challenges and in teamwork, Dilip believes in doing what one loves to do every day. The whole ISB community is proud of Dilip and wishes him many more successes in the future.
