Join ISBâ€™s CBM to raise the performance bar of your B2B organisation

And hence, with the Centre for Business Markets (CBM), ISB aims to provide Indian corporations access to pioneering knowledge and research in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, sales and purchasing. This is also the first-of-its-kind initiative in Asia.
CBM is set up in collaboration with US-based Institute for the Study of Business Markets. We formally launched the Centre on April 27, 2019. The launch saw six speaker sessions, where the speakers spoke and discussed various aspects of business markets – from Digital Transformation of Marketing and Sales to Managing Value Chain and Innovation in Supply Chains in Business Markets; from Disruption and the Need for Customer Centricity to New Age Channels in Business Markets.
The launch event also had industry leaders like Feroze Mohammed, Executive Vice President at Hitachi Consulting and Peeyush Gupta, Vice President – Steel (Marketing and Sales) at Tata Steel, engage in a panel discussion on ‘Contemporary Challenges in Business Markets for Companies Operating in Growth Economies’.
With the continually evolving business practices, professional development may not be practical with a ‘one size fits all’ approach. And hence, CBM curricula will be customised to the specific needs of the member organisations and participants. An assessment to identify gaps in the expertise of member organisations will be done, and specific attributes to fill those gaps will be added to the curricula giving you a tailor-made programme for your or your organisation’s needs.
