Healthcare Management Programme commences at ISB

The Founding class of the Healthcare Management Programme at the Indian School of Business (ISB) took off to a great start with a special session addressed by Analjit Singh, Founder Chairman, Max India Limited and member ISB Executive Board.
Emphasising ISB’s commitment to engage closely with the industry and the government to understand their needs and support them better, Rajendra Srivastava, Dean, ISB said the School would leverage the expertise of the HMP participants and work closely with them to develop India-centric case studies that will become a knowledge repository on emerging market practices.
Earlier, welcoming the participants, Pradeep Singh, CEO Mohali campus and Deputy Dean, ISB said ISB’s HMP will be a game changer in the healthcare industry with the participants being groomed to take on important positions and make an impact on the industry.
Sharing his experiences and learning from his association with the healthcare industry, Analjit Singh said he believed medical and healthcare professionals deserved the highest respect for their expertise and service they render. Their ability to make a positive impact on the lives of the people around them, is immense he said. The Max India Group is closely associated with the Max Institute of Healthcare Management, located at the ISB’s Mohali campus. The HMP is the flagship programme of the Max Institute.
The Founding class of HMP comprises 51 professionals with work experience ranging from two to 30 years, representing both large and mid-sized healthcare and allied providers from Delhi, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Bhubaneshwar, Ahmedabad, Panchkula, Muscat, Meerut, Machilipatnam, Jaipur, Trivandrum and more.
