Alumni relive the ISB experience at ‘Equinox’

Hosted every year by the current Class of PGP students, Equinox fosters a lifelong intellectual and emotional connection between the ISB and its graduates.
A perfect balance of learning and networking, this year’s Equinox, the third since the inception of the event, was a signature combination of knowledge and fun. The event brought together about 200 alumni and industry experts for an array of interactive workshops and keynote speaker sessions.
Pankhri Singhai reminiscing the days at the ISB said, “The event was executed extremely well with the right dose of learning, connect and fun! I felt so nostalgic being back on campus.” Another alumnus Arjun Guha describing the fun-filled two days said, “It was great reliving the ISB experience and completely forgetting about the rest of the world! The whole event was beautifully organised, well beyond the already high expectations I entered the campus with. I am looking forward to more such get-togethers.”
The alumni conducted workshops and participated in thought provoking panels. Leading business figures discussed topics ranging from the growing Asian economies to venture capitalism to leadership values.
The professional events were followed by a stand-up comedy act and a musical show. The networking cocktail dinner provided an ideal opportunity for students and alumni to connect and interact.
Among various initiatives at Equinox 2014 the highlights of the two-day event included the keynote address delivered by Mittu Chandliya, CEO of AirAsia India and a PechaKucha powered talk on innovative entrepreneurship by some of the ISB’s prominent alumni-entrepreneurs.
