Family Business Leaders and Experts come together
Family Business leaders and experts from India, USA, Switzerland and other Asian countries came under one roof and shared their experiences and valuable advice on diverse themes relevant to family business. The Thomas Schmidheiny Centre for Family Enterprise, Indian School of Business organised the Sixth Asian Invitational Conference on Family Business in Hyderabad campus on the theme of Competitiveness in Family Business.
Adi Godrej, Chairman, Godrej Group and Chairman of the ISB Board, Dieter Spaelti, Managing Partner and CEO - Spectrum Value Management Ltd, Zurich, Denise H Kenyon-Rouvinez - IMD School of Business and Professor Kavil Ramachandran, Executive Director, Thomas Schmidheiny Centre for Family Enterprise inaugurated the business conference.

Each day of the three-day conference was exciting and full of learning. The first day of the conference provided a platform for the academicians to share their research work with peers and hear from the experts in the area of family business. While the second and the third day saw over 350 delegates participate in the knowledge packed sessions that focused on issues such as Family Governance, Managing change, Sustaining family business- family governance and philanthropy, Synergising strategy, structure and people, Passionate entrepreneurial leader, financing growth and growing wealth and Organisational Transformation.
